Breast Implant Placement
There are four breast implant placements available. These include over the muscle (subglandular), partially under the pectorial muscle ("partials" or "partial unders), completely under the muscle ("full unders" or "complete unders"), and subfascial, which is placement above the muscle, but beneath the fascia. Each of these placements has their own set of advantages and disadvantages.
