Breast Augmentation Incisions

Areola – implants are placed via a small incision around the areola.
Inframammary Crease – breast implants are placed via an incision underneath the breast.
Transaxillary – breast implants are placed via an incision in the armpit.
Transumbilical (TUBA)- breast implants are placed via a small incision inside the belly button / navel. (Note: Inflatable saline breast implants only.)
